| CITROX
P
The Natural, Horticultural and Agricultural Disinfectant.
Safe to Operators and the Environment
Citrox P is a disinfectant based on extracts of citrus fruit, formulated
with biodegradable surfactants. It is effective against a wide range
of bacterial, fungal and viral organisms. It also suppresses development
of algae.
It is very safe and should cause no irritation to operators. The
use
of Citrox should remain outside COSHH regulations.
When used as directed, Citrox P is non-phytotoxic to a wide range
of plants. As it has no insecticidal properties, Citrox P should
have no effect against insect predators used in biological control
programmes.
Uses
Sanitisation of glasshouses, buildings
and equipment. Disinfecting of pots,
trays and other containers. Disinfect
water prior to washing cuttings, bulbs, corms and seeds. Use
in irrigation lines. Use in reservoirs and water tanks. |

REVIVE
P
Microbial Soil Treatment. A culture of natural soil micro-organisms
which help create soil
conditions for healthy plant growth.
Revive P is a culture of a strain of the bacterium Bacillus subtilis.
Its application will help restore
the natural balance of soil micro-organisms. This effect is particularly
important within the area
of the root surface known as the rhizophere. It is believed that the
activity involves ‘mopping-up’ root exudates and improving
nutrient
availability from the growing medium. The result is a healthier, more
vigorous root system.
Typically treated plants appear to be less vulnerable to disease
infection, particularly from Rhizoctonia and Pythium spp. While the
reduction in root disease problems is a secondary benefit, it does
mean that fungicide applications may be reduced |
Uses
For seedlings, cuttings and other plant material as a soil drench,
a root dip, postplanting treatment or compost additive.
